Recent trouble in Cashing In Maya app via BPI

Is it just me or you are also having recent trouble in cashing in Maya app via BPI? It has been like this since Sunday and I also attempted on different times but the results were the same. What is happening to you Maya?

Update: I sent a ticket concern and they promptly provided some tips in my e-mail but these solutions unfortunately didn't solve the problem.

Recent update 6/22/203: I tried again to cash in and it worked!
