How do you fix depression?
This is my personal opinion rather than a medical advice: You don't fix anything when it comes to mental health. You need to acknowledge that there is an existing problem, take your time to process your emotions, find ways to cope in a positive way and manage. We are not immune to feeling low because emotions are part of being human. Though we also need time to self-reflect, sometimes we need to shift from turning inside into focusing on the outside. A change of environment/scenery can be the key. Find your purpose even if it seems futile. Mingle with others. Try out things and go out of your comfort zone for the sake of something new. Take one step at a time. Breathe deeply. Learn extensively. Look into the eyes of your beloved pet. If all else fails, seek professional help.
