On intermittent fasting, low glycemic foods and calorie deficit


Hey yah! How are you feeling today? I feel invigorate now because I just came out from a 20 minute warm-up/dance workout. It was a moments dance to your heart's content. 


Anyway, I'm starting to take control of my life slowly and there are a couple of things that I've realized. I'm not the only one suffering. It makes me think of being more thoughtful of things and thinking things through.


I'm at my biggest weight now at 66 or 67 kilograms. Though I'm still at my normal BMI range, I would prefer to have my weight at 50 kilograms or the minimum of my normal range.


I would like to go back into intermittent fasting. And this time around, I would like it to incorporate this as a goal and engage myself into a healthy lifestyle. One that I can do in the long term. Probably I would also be able to delve into low glycemic foods and calorie deficit too. Stay tuned!
