What common mistakes do people make when choosing a life partner?
When you choose a life partner, you're choosing a lot of things, including your parenting partner and someone who will deeply influence your children, your eating companion for about 20,000 meals, your travel companion for about 100 vacations, your primary leisure time and retirement friend, your career therapist, and someone whose day you'll hear about 18,000 times.
So, choose your partner wisely. I cannot certainly say what mistakes people do make when choosing a life partner but I can mention some mistakes to avoid when choosing a life partner.
Here they are:
Do not marry out of pity: Many people today are in a marital relationship not because they love their partner, but because they want to compensate their partner or for other reasons. Either they want to recover from trauma of past relationship or they want to compensate for some loss and sacrifice their life for that.
Do not marry someone because of money, or beauty: This is because when these things fail, love will die.
Do not choose a partner with the hopes that he/she will change in marriage: Marriage does not change anyone, it is only an added responsibility which can make you better or worse.
Avoid choosing a partner based on people's opinion: Choosing a partner because someone told you to marry the person is very risky.

What is the main lesson you have learned in life?
1. So many years of education yet nobody taught us how to love ourselves.
2. The relationship you have with yourself affects all the others.
3. When a version of you ends, so will the connections attached to it.
4. People will be jealous of your light but not the darkness you went through to get there.
5. Don’t let your bad days trick you into thinking you have a bad life.

07 Rules hard to practice but valuable
Be aware of your limitations. Know when to stop, before it ruins you. Know when to quit.
Don’t be open to everybody. Not everyone is that deserving.
Don’t be too quick to criticize or appreciate someone.
Never get too attached to anyone. Maintain a certain sense of distance no matter how close you and someone is.
Never speak less. Never speak more.
Never trust anyone except the family. Respect and listen to your parents because they are the only real well-wishers of you.
You don’t require validation from others to confirm what you believe in, when you know you are right.

What things actually made your life easier?
Stopping trying to make things easier. Use discomfort as a compass. See number 2.
Doing really hard things. I ran 50km in April.[1] Now walking to the bus is easier.
Letting go trying to control things. Your organs run without a single thought being devoted to them. Rather than overthinking everything, pretend it’s like your heartbeat and let it happen.
Cutting out negative crap. Negative food, negative people, negative news sources (all of the news). All cut.
Talking to myself. I write 750 words per day no questions asked. Even if I don’t want to. Most of it is talking to myself. I’m now my own best friend.
Less decisions. Ever been to an ice cream shop and struggled to make a choice? That used to be me. Now the first flavour that comes into my mind is getting devoured. I also threw out my closet and bought 3 plain shirts. No one ever says anything.
Sleeping more. No alarms. Earlier bedtimes. More naps. It’s a superpower. My awake time is 40x better when I’ve slept well.
Loving myself. Another superpower. We’re too hard on ourselves. Now I remind myself each day I love myself. Bad day? Look in the mirror. Into your own eyes. Tell that pretty face how much you love you.
Creating. Creation is setting the ideas in your mind free. Trade a portion of your consumption time for creating and you’ll start to see the world differently. Everything is inspiration.
Realising no one really cares. Go for a drive. Go for a walk. You see the old lady carrying her groceries? She lives a life as beautiful and as complicated as yours. Do you think she cares what you’re going to do tomorrow? Go and do your thing. No one will care as much as you. So you better make it damn good. Impress yourself for the sake of it.

What are the top ten craziest facts you know in psychology?
Whenever someone is angry and confrontational, stand next to them instead of in front of them. You won't appear as so much of a threat, and they eventually calm down.
Open with "I need your help." People don't like the guilt of not helping someone out. When asking for a favor from someone, begin your request by saying "I need your help." It greatly increases your chances of getting that favor done.
Rephrase what the other person says and repeat it back to them. This makes them think you're listening and really interested in what they're saying. It makes them feel validated. Obviously, you don't want to overdo this.
If you want someone to agree with you, nod while you talk. This gets the other person to nod too, and they begin to subconsciously think they agree with you.
If someone doesn't like you, ask to borrow a pencil. It is a small enough favor that they won't say no, and it gets them to like you more. Check out the Benjamin Franklin effect for more explanation.
Fold your arms to determine interest. If someone is observing you, they will likely mimic you. Fold your arms, and see if they do it, too.
Repeat a person's name many times during a conversation. It helps you remember it, and makes them like you more.
If you ask someone to do you a small favor, cognitive dissonance will make them believe that because they did that favor, they therefore must like you. Benjamin Franklin effect
If you ask someone a question and they only partially answer just wait. If you stay silent and keep eye contact they will usually continue talking.
Chew gum when you're approaching a situation that would make you nervous like public speaking or bungee jumping. Apparently if we are 'eating' something in our brains trip and it reasons 'I would not be eating if I were danger. So I'm not in danger'.

What are some psychological facts about attracting people?
Humans usually agree on who is and isn’t attractive, regardless of race, ethnicity, and culture. Researchers have noticed that attraction is not merely in the eye of the beholder, but that there are universal standards of attractiveness.
People may look more attractive when someone is drunk because the drunk person is less likely to notice the asymmetry of a face.
Aristotle was one of the first people who realized and recorded the importance of human attraction; he noted that “personal beauty is a greater recommendation than any letter of reference.”
Physically attractive people tend to have better-paying jobs in higher-level positions than their less attractive counterparts. This preference is usually referred to as “beauty bias.”
During intimate times such as kissing or making love, the body releases a chemical called Oxytocin, which is also known as the love drug. The chemical helps people feel close to each other.
Studies have shown that the color red is the most attractive color for both men and women. The color red is often unconsciously associated higher status. Since people often want to choose a higher-status mate, a person wearing the color red can artificially give the impression of superior status, and thus appear more attractive to potential mates.
Women often speak in higher-pitched tones when speaking with a person they find to be attractive.
In heterosexual couples, studies have shown that men often prefer younger-looking women, while women often prefer older looking men. Scientist suggests that the reasoning due to men perceiving younger women as being more fertile, while women view older men as being more responsible and more capable of providing care for them and their potential offspring.

How do I rise above the ordinary in life?
Life is about relationships , not just romantic ones but one of alliances ,
Accept people as they’re but place people where they belong . Gracefully refusing to let people try to treat you like shit is the pinnacle of having self respect ,
Always dress sharp gentlemen . Don’t ignore how you look . A good number of men are stupid enough to believe “ Real men don’t care how they look” ,
Every man starts with “ love is everything” then he grows towards love having very little value in his life . Either you understand this right now or you’ll in near future,
Use more time with family & living life off social media ,
Are you dabbling at success or committed to success?? A man who’s afraid of stepping into chaos & take risks will seldom move ahead in life. Risk doesn’t mean failure . Risk also means more chances of success ,
Fear , apprehension, anxiety are emotional. We’re human so the anxiety & fear come back & when you learn how to deal you know what to do . Not getting stagnated by your feelings is the key,
Adaptability is your greatest asset . The ability to change, you can make the impossible, possible ,
Want to increase your focus ? Yes , that’s guaranteed way to boost your productivity. Sometimes the most productive thing we can do is take a day off to realign with our goals,
Throughout the ups & downs of your career , never forget where you’ve come from . Be humble & graceful to everyone ,

What are the bitter truths about smart people?
1. Smart people often struggle with isolation. They possess minds that work differently from others, which can make them feel disconnected and misunderstood.
2. Their intelligence can breed self-doubt. Smart individuals constantly question themselves, overanalyze situations, and sometimes fall victim to imposter syndrome.
3. They find it difficult to accept failure. With high expectations, smart people are more likely to fear failure and beat themselves up when they don't meet their own sky-high standards.
4. Their minds never seem to switch off. Smart individuals tend to overthink even the simplest of matters, leading to restlessness and insomnia.
5. Smart people often lack social skills. While they excel intellectually, they may struggle in social settings due to their intense focus on knowledge and limited experience with interpersonal interactions.
6. They can become easily frustrated with ignorance. Smart individuals are quick to spot logical fallacies or incorrect information, which can lead to impatience and frustration in discussions with less intellectually inclined individuals.
7. They have difficulty relating to the average person's perspective. Smart individuals tend to analyze situations from a logical standpoint, making it hard for them to fully understand or empathize with the emotional or irrational reasoning of others.
8. They may experience imbalances in work-life integration. Smart people can become consumed by their work, sacrificing personal relationships and their overall well-being in pursuit of intellectual endeavors.
9. Smart people can be overly critical, including of themselves. Their acute attention to detail and high standards often lead them to judge both themselves and others harshly, resulting in strained relationships.
10. They often struggle with decision-making. The ability to see multiple perspectives and potential outcomes can make smart individuals indecisive and prone to overthinking.
11. Smart people are susceptible to mental health issues. Their heightened sensitivity, constant questioning, and feeling of being an outsider can contribute to anxiety, depression, or other psychological challenges.
12. They face the burden of intellectual responsibility. Smart individuals often carry the weight of solving complex problems and finding innovative solutions, which can lead to overwhelming pressure and burnout.
13. They may lack a sense of fulfillment. Constantly seeking intellectual stimulation, smart people can find it challenging to feel content or satisfied in a world that often prioritizes superficial pursuits.
14. They struggle with being wrong. Smart individuals take pride in their intelligence, and admitting they are mistaken can be difficult, leading to defensive behavior and resistance to feedback.
15. Despite all these challenges, smart people can often feel isolated due to the scarcity of individuals who truly understand and appreciate their unique qualities, making it even harder to navigate their own complex worlds.

What have you learnt from your experiences so far?
Some relationships are like rented houses; you can decorate them as much but at the end they are not truly yours
People are for themselves in the end
You are never stuck in one place forever unless you choose to stay there
You won't always get the praises you deserve and that shouldn't stop you from doing your best
People who want you in their lives will find a way to stay in your life
Situations that repeat in your life are for you to learn your lesson soon
If you ignore something it won’t go away
Everyone and everything has flaws because even the rose has thorns.

To avoid disappointment, take people as they are and not what they could be.

How do I know if someone is really into me or just using me?
Consistency: Someone who is genuinely interested in you will consistently show interest and make an effort to spend time with you, communicate regularly, and maintain the relationship.
Reciprocity: A healthy relationship involves mutual give and take. If the person seems to be taking more than they are giving or only reaching out when they need something from you, it could be a sign of them using you.
Emotional Availability: Pay attention to their emotional availability. Someone who is truly into you will be open about their feelings and willing to share their thoughts and emotions with you.
Respect: A person who values you will treat you with respect and consideration. They won't dismiss your feelings or opinions and will respect your boundaries.
Future Plans: If the person talks about and includes you in their future plans, it's a positive sign of genuine interest. On the other hand, if they avoid discussions about the future or seem uninterested in long-term commitments, they might not be as invested.
Effort in Communication: A person who cares about you will make an effort to communicate regularly, listen to you attentively, and be present when you interact.
Supportive Actions: Look for signs of supportiveness and encouragement. A person who is genuinely interested in you will be there to support you in your endeavors and be your cheerleader.
Mixed Signals: Be cautious of mixed signals or inconsistent behavior. If their actions don't align with their words or if they send conflicting messages, it might be a sign that they are not fully committed.
Isolation from Others: Watch out if the person tries to isolate you from your friends and family or discourages you from spending time with others. This could be a tactic to manipulate or control you.
Financial or Material Gain: If you suspect the person is using you for financial or material gain, be wary of their intentions. A genuine relationship should not be solely based on material benefits.
Trust your instincts and observe how the person treats you over time. If you have concerns about their intentions, have open and honest conversations with them to gain clarity about their feelings and motives. Remember that healthy relationships are built on trust, respect, and genuine care for one another.

What have you learned from your life till now?
Originally Answered: What have you learned from your life till now ?
When you are young, you must invest in yourself and then convert the accumulated skills into profit later on. You, as a person, have a price tag in the market of life. You are your skills.
I may appear dumb or confused all the time in the class in comparison to others. However, persistence and sheer tenacity outweighs talent. Life is a marathon, not an 100 meter dash.
Always prioritize and understand what’s important and what’s less important. Write a 1 year plan, know what you want, break it up into smaller chunks, and religiously follow that plan until the final goal is achieved.
If you are ambitious, do not continue to passively consume material, think of the “what if I was born in XYZ/rich/pretty” scenarios, or be in a constant daydream state. Get off the chair and do something with what you have.
Do not whine about your awful life with a 5G WiFi and a $6 Starbucks coffee in your hand. Do a reality check once in a while and look at your tragic burdens from a different perspective. Life is not that bad.
Do not blame others for your awful life. You, and only you, are responsible for your life and remember that the person “that lives upon hope will die fasting.” (Benjamin Franklin) Practice self-reliance and rely only on yourself.
Stop seeking short term gratification and focus on long term goals.
Invest money today and not tomorrow because “one today is worth two tomorrows.” Also, clearly understand the difference between assets and liabilities, and that it’s better to “go to bed without dinner than to rise in debt.” (Benjamin Franklin)
Money may not buy happiness but it buys comfort and safety.
Family is important and we should never hurt the ones we love the most.

What is the biggest lesson you learned that no one teaches?
This is the SECRET to an abundant life. Sadly very few people live by this principle.
It’s very simple:
If you want friendship: You’ve first got to give friendship.
If you want respect: You’ve first got to give respect.
If you want energy: You’ve got to give energy (exercise).
If you want love: You’ve first got to give love.
If you want happiness: You’ve first got to give happiness to those around you.
If you want money: You’ve first got to give VALUE.
The more we GIVE, the more we’ll receive.
I believe that somewhere, hidden inside this wisdom hides the secret to human happiness and abundance in life.
Today selfishness is taking over our world, and we all know its not working.
This 2023 try giving first — you’ll be amazed!

What did you learn too late in life?
Social media is scary. I have learnt to stop posting a lot at places where my friends and relatives are. Believe me, they take everything serious and also society get to know what you are up to and judge you without getting to know you. Prevent all these and be private.
Never discuss your relationship with your friends. You can trust a few but they are also human, they will by all means go behind your back. Take this advice in good faith.
Stressing on point 2, if your partner ever does something you do not like , you settle with him or her and do not discuss it with friends because at the end you will do what your heart tells you anyways and if you do not do what your friends advice you to, they will tag you as stupid.
Never ever trust your friends with money. In terms of building a company together. Expect envy and selfishness.
If you really want to climb the ladder in the corporate world,be careful what you post on social media. It is very very important. People will fish out those folly posts and use it against you.
Have fun because you are on your own. It is no one's job to make you happy, they have better things to take care of themselves.
You will reach at a level where your friends will be so busy to catch up and go out to have fun with you. Are you going to be lonely because of that? Start building your empire now.
When lending money to someone, lend an amount in case the person refuses to pay, you are still okay.
Never make plans with money you are promised of or money you will get later. You might find yourself wanting.
Always plan with what ifs,.. What if my employer fires me now? what if I get sick now? what of my lover wakes up and tells me he or she do not love me anymore? If you do this, you will stop expecting and start loving yourself better.
Never meddle in someone's relationship. I learnt this the hard way.
Why not start eating healthier now to prevent medical bills? This will help not slow your plans to get to the top.
However bad someone treats you, repay with kindness. Seriously,it will be a great deal for your health and sanity. It is them that will suffer at the end.
I stopped trying to justify my mistakes by lying. There were lots of times i was queried about my mistakes and I could not tell a white lie to save myself, whereas, at the end I always asked myself why I did not try so much to save myself after facing the consequences. But at the end, it is always better to tell the truth first hand other than to lie and being caught later. That is twice embarrassment right?. What you should learn is that, we are all humans and bound to make a mistake. You have to admit to your mistakes even if you have to face the consequences. Rather than lying and always being on the alert to maintain that lie. Do not stress yourself up honey.
I incorporate all these in my lifestyle and believe me, I feel free, I never think worst for people because I never want to be like them.

07 Greatest lines based on life experience
The real measure of your wealth is how much you'd be worth if you lost everything.
Work hard in silence. Let your success do the talking.
Don't waste your time contending with people. They're contending because they have nothing new to offer.
Success is not a linear step by step process. It is a process that begins from the end and then goes back to start from the beginning.
Each person is unique and has their own abilities. We miss the point each time we want to copy each other.
The first step to making progress and getting anywhere, is deciding you’re no longer comfortable to stay where you are.
Never let your failures blind your dreams, for your success lies in your ability, not your failures.

What does a very intelligent person notice?
Patterns. They take in a lot of details/data to look for patterns in the data. They then try to use that model to predict how things will work in the future, or how the system can be altered to make it more efficient, or they will try to compare the patterns to patterns they’ve seen in other areas to see if ideas/solutions can be borrowed from those systems. That sounds really vague, but I think it’s how highly efficient brains tend to operate. It’s not unlike how AI functions. Comb through tons of data points and look for patterns that emerge that can be applied elsewhere.

What power is there in ignoring someone?
There’s a lot of power in ignoring someone, provided that we have taken the time to carefully examine the situation and the people involved.
Choosing to ignore someone is not the same as blindly avoiding them. The key is to pay attention and mindfully choose to engage wirh only what is wise and kind. Unproductive and negative thoughts and acts can then be turned away or cease to deserve your attention.
Your mind is your property. You have the power to allow people in or keep them out. Your obligation to yourself is to keep your propery clean, peaceful, and beautiful.

What are some useful psychology facts?
Being bilingual doesn’t just make you sound smarter, it actually makes you smarter.
Your brain doesn’t know the difference between real and fake confidence, so if you act confident, your brain will start to believe it.
Memories are more like jigsaw puzzles than exact photographs.
When you feel short on something, like money, you become fixated on it.
We’re more likely to remember things that we hear in a funny voice. That’s why cartoon characters and comedians stick in our minds.
If we didn’t receive any compensation, we might convince that a boring task was fun.
Even if it’s a fake smile, it can trick your brain into thinking you’re happy.
The average person has more partners than smart people do. The more intelligent a person is, the more selective they become.
Less information processed by the brain can cause time to seem like it's passing quickly. Boredom could be a signal from the brain to seek out something more interesting.
Procrastination can actually be beneficial. It allows your mind to wander and come up with creative solutions.
When something bad happens, people are more prone to point the finger at someone.

What are the characteristics of introverts that make them different?
"Introverts listen with their hearts and speak through their actions."
Introverts are often quiet, but it doesn't mean they have nothing to say.
They prefer to listen and observe in groups instead of being the center of attention.
They enjoy listening to music late at night and notice all the small differences in songs.
When introverts are in love, they give their partners extra space to be themselves.
They care deeply for their loved ones but struggle to express it openly.

Around one-third of the world population are introverts, including those reading and writing this.
They read WhatsApp messages from notifications to keep them unseen.
Introverts keep their phones silent to avoid distractions.
In class, introverts like to sit in the corner seat for some peace.
They avoid crowded buses and trains and choose quieter routes.
Introverts prefer to work behind the scenes rather than being in the spotlight.
When guests come over, introverts may retreat to their bedrooms for some alone time.
They may ask their extroverted friends to help them ask questions in class.
Introverts imagine strategies for fighting alien invasions in their daydreams.
They daydream about having a romantic relationship with their crushes.
Introverts might be shy to ask for extra food at a restaurant.
They patiently wait near the counter in supermarkets to avoid crowds.
Changing profile pictures on social media is not common for introverts.
They often give relationship advice to their friends because they understand them well.
Sometimes, introverts can't resist peeking at others' phones out of curiosity.

How do you know if someone is truly committed to a romantic relationship with you?
Are you wondering whether the person you're in a romantic relationship with is truly committed to you?
It can be hard to tell at times, but there are certain signs that can give you a good indication of their commitment level. In this blog, we'll explore the signs someone is truly committed to a romantic relationship with you.
They let their guard down
When someone is truly committed to a relationship, they're willing to be vulnerable with their partner. They're open and honest about their thoughts and feelings, even if it means risking rejection or judgment. If your partner is willing to let their guard down and be themselves around you, it's a good sign that they're committed to the relationship.
They want to be around you a lot
If your partner always wants to be around you, it's a sign that they enjoy your company and value the time you spend together. When someone is committed to a relationship, they prioritize their partner and make time for them. If your partner is always making plans to see you and do things together, it's a good indication that they're committed to the relationship.
They're making you a part of their life
When someone is committed to a relationship, they want to share their life with their partner. They'll introduce their partner to their friends and family and make an effort to include them in their hobbies and interests. If your partner is making an effort to bring you into their life and share their world with you, it's a sign that they're committed to the relationship.
They make an effort to get to know the people in your life
Just as your partner wants to include you in their life, they also want to get to know the important people in your life. If your partner is making an effort to get to know your friends and family, it's a sign that they're invested in your relationship and want to build strong connections with the people who are important to you.
They prioritize you
When someone is truly committed to a relationship, they prioritize their partner's needs and wants. They're willing to compromise and make sacrifices to make their partner happy. If your partner is putting your needs first and making an effort to make you happy, it's a good indication that they're committed to the relationship.
Sex becomes secondary
While physical intimacy is an important part of any romantic relationship, it's not the only thing that matters. When someone is truly committed to a relationship, they value emotional intimacy just as much as physical intimacy. If your partner is more interested in spending quality time with you and building a strong emotional connection, it's a sign that they're committed to the relationship for the long haul.
You plan for the future together
When someone is committed to a relationship, they're thinking about the future. If your partner is making plans for the future that include you, it's a good sign that they're committed to the relationship. Whether it's talking about future trips, moving in together, or even getting married, if your partner is thinking about the future with you, it's a sign that they're invested in your relationship.

What is the biggest life lesson you have ever learned?
19 Things I learned in 19 years of life
01. Keep your life private. Not everyone deserves to know you.
02. Depression has no face. Be kind even to smiling faces.
03. Make a certain sense of distance, no matter how close you and someone is. It's good to know when to stop.
04. Having peace is important. Even if that means cutting off people.
05. People are in our life for a reason, season or lifetime. The pain comes when we put them in the wrong category.
06. Do what you love and explore new things in life. Never count it as a wastage of time.
07. Help people whenever you can and whenever they need you. We're all meant to shine differently.
08. Quality over quantity. Don't force yourself to fit in where you don't. Don't stay in a toxic circle, just because it's familiar.
09. People are who they are, and there's no any other way to look at them.
10. Don't trust anyone except the family.
11. People have lot to say about lives they've never lived.
12. Listen and trust your intuition. Know yourself and invest in yourself.
13. Not arguing with people, and walking away unbothered, shows how far you've grown. Anger won't solve anything.
14. Don't judge people. You don't know their hidden story.
15. You don't need to react to every situation.
16. Dismiss what insults your soul. You can't force people, to see your worth.
17. Appreciate people for their efforts and sacrifices for you. Never forget the hands that raised you.
18. Not everyone can see your vision. So don't waste your time convincing doubters to get on board.
19. Normalize letting people go when it's no longer healthy, because not everything is worth fighting for !

How can I make my brain sharper, smarter, and lightning fast?
Learn to see everything in terms of opinions and facts. You don’t need to spend hours reading if you understand what the author is trying to get across. Once you have the essence of the idea you’re good to go. This also proves well when learning. It’s always about the idea, never the way that is used to describe or to explain the idea.
Learn to condense information into a few words. Everything that can be said, can be said simply (Ludwig Wittgenstein). Meaning you take complex information and put it into key terms. Complex into simple. This way you learn to understand and understand well.
Whilst you learn, also train your language. Try to write out your thoughts every day. Get better at it, get quicker at it, get a new life skill.
Learn every day, whether that translates into life lessons or specific subject matter.
Try reading something you’re not versed in. Difficult. Do that more often.
Stay open to new ideas, places and people. Learn from them. Have your brain re-wire around these ideas, places and people.
Never ever shut down. There is no point in becoming complacent or adhering to a very closed-off belief system. Make sure you’re always learning or else you will come to regret it at some point or another.
Be on the way to find and act in accordance to truth. You can’t go wrong being truthful, you can only learn, get smarter and quicker.

What are some of the most awesome psychological facts?
Haters don't really hate you, in fact they hate themselves because they are a reflection of what you want.
2. Be sure to listen carefully to how one person talks to you about other people. That's how they talk to other people about you.
3. We only need two close friends we can trust. A lot of friends are associated with depression and stress.
4. People who don't socialize much are not actually anti-social, they don't tolerate drama and fake people.
Stop telling your problems to others, 5% don't care and the other 20% are happy that you have it.
6. Eating chocolate while studying helps the brain retain new information and is associated with higher test scores.
Being nice to someone you dislike doesn't mean you're fake, it usually means you're mature enough to tolerate that person.
8. It's hard to get someone out of their mind, the reason they're thinking about you too.
9. People who understand sarcasm well are often good at reading people's minds.
If your mind wanders over and over again, there's an 10% chance that you're subconsciously unhappy with your life.
The way parents talk to their children becomes the voice of their conscience.
12. Writing down your negative thoughts and throwing them in the trash can improve your mood. (I tried and it really works:)
13. Meditation can change the structure of the brain in just 8 weeks. It also increases gray matter in parts of the brain associated with learning.
Psychology says that people who write good content and don't post screenshots in their answers get fewer views and fewer upvotes.

What is the smallest lesson that life has taught you?
Losing two socks is less frustrating than losing one sock.
Some stranger somewhere still remembers you because you were kind to them.
Teeth are the only problem that if you ignore them, they will go away.
Just because your decision failed, doesn’t mean that the other option is right.
Don’t let yesterday take up too much of today.
Heal the root, so the tree is stable.
Loneliness does not come from having no people around you.
Try a new behavior, choose a different response.
A connection is an energy exchange.

How do I develop better logic sense?
Read - Specifically books written by people smarter or more logical than you. 1 Book a Month should be a bare minimum. This is the best way to dive deep and learn more.
Solve Logic Puzzles - Your mind, just like your body, needs regular exercise if you wish to keep it in top shape.
Play Logic or Strategy Games - Chess, Risk, Go, Catan and various other board games, or Civilization, Starcraft, or any other RTS video games can help.
Learn - Other than reading and playing, learning from people that are smarter or more logical than you via videos, podcasts or any medium can help get you closer to their line of thinking.
Exercise & Eat Healthy - Drink loads of water, eat healthy foods and do cardio regularly. Your mind needs the increased blood flow and benefits tremendously from what you eat as well.
Ask Good Questions - Stop with the small talk and start discussing interesting, challenging and stimulating conversations by asking better questions to get those conversations going.
Learn About Mathematics or Computers - Anything that requires a lot of logic, by being built on such, will help your logical thinking most.
Practice Solution-based Thinking - There are often multiple ways to solve any one problem. Try to find as many of these as possible for even the most mundane problems in your day-to-day life.
Help Others - Take yourself out of the situation and help others find a new way to solve an existing problem.
Adopt a Different Point of View - Practicing to look at a problem from a different angle allows you to have a wider perspective going into any problems.
Have Fun - It’s interesting how some of the most logical people on the planet smiled a lot and had a good time with what they pursued. The reason for this is often because when we relax we don’t get so Tunnel-visioned and expand our options. So smile, have a good time with it and enjoy the challenge of being logical.
Look for the Bigger Picture - What is this situation all about? What do the individual parties want? Why are you here? This is the best way to be more logical, or at least appear as such. For it is the end that many people loose along the way and that should be the main focus, always.

How do you become strong as a person?
Becoming a strong person is a process that involves developing various personal qualities, skills, and attitudes. Here are some steps that can help you become a stronger person:
Develop a growth mindset: A growth mindset is the belief that your abilities and qualities can be developed through hard work and dedication. It means embracing challenges and learning from failures rather than giving up easily.
Cultivate self-awareness: Being aware of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors can help you understand yourself better and make positive changes. Journaling, meditation, and therapy are all effective ways to increase self-awareness.
Set goals: Setting realistic and achievable goals can help you stay focused and motivated. Start with small goals and gradually work your way up to bigger ones.
Take care of your physical health: Eating well, getting enough sleep, and exercising regularly can all contribute to your physical and mental well-being.
Practice self-compassion: Being kind to yourself and treating yourself with understanding and forgiveness can help you build resilience and cope with challenges.
Build a support network: Surround yourself with people who support and encourage you. They can offer valuable advice, comfort, and help you see things from a different perspective.
Learn from setbacks: No one is perfect, and setbacks and failures are inevitable. Instead of letting them defeat you, use them as opportunities to learn and grow.
Remember that becoming a strong person is a continuous process that takes time, effort, and patience. With persistence and determination, you can build the strength and resilience to overcome life's challenges.

Social rules of etiquette everyone should know1y
What are some unwritten social rules in the 21st century everyone should know?
1. When you introduce your friends to someone, don't say "this is my best friend."
This will make the listener think that you don't care about him at all, and that you don't treat him as a friend.
2. If a friend invites you over for dinner, it is better to let them choose the place and the food.
3. To laugh at what others like is to laugh at them.
Because what a person likes reflects his taste.
4. Don't expect others to understand how hard you are working and living.
Who in this world doesn't work hard and work hard?
5. Beware of people who gossip about others in front of you, as they will gossip about you in front of others as well.
6. If you like working with smart people, be prepared to be used by them too.
7. No one can resist the temptation of interests.
If so, it may just show that the temptation you offer is either not big enough, or isn't what he wants, or that there's a risk he's too afraid to take.
8. Don't judge for anyone, and the most you can do is to make suggestions; But when it comes to choosing a house, buying a car, falling in love with someone and getting married, even if it's your best friend, don't give advice.
Because these are very important things in their life. If something goes wrong because of your advice, you will not only lose the friend, but you will also hate him for the rest of your life, and he will attribute all his unhappiness to you.
9. Don't look at your phone when others are talking to you.
This is very insulting.
10. Learn to refuse unnecessary social activities.
11. Do not sympathize with anyone in public. This will embarrass him more than laughing at him in front of many people.
You may think you are showing kindness to help the person, but in reality, you are publicly insulting their self-esteem, telling everyone about their difficulties, and taking pity on them. Huh. That person will hate you instead of thanking you.
The best way is to forget his pain and treat him like everyone else.

What you have learned from life so far?
NOBODY CARES
The choices you make will shape your life
Sometimes the people that you think are your friends are actually the ones who are harming you
Fear lasts longer than love
Give more to people-they will exploit you, give less to people-they will hate you but give them not too much or little then they will love you and fear you
Bad luck teaches you to pivot (to adapt and improve)
Behind every successful man is a woman and behind every unsuccessful man there is also some woman

How do intelligent people recognize each other?
1. Intelligent people can empathize with how each of them is thinking. So, these quick-witted people would recognize their like-minded souls if those people have the capacities to process the informational pieces that they are giving instead of stating their points without considering the impact on other people.
2. We can also refer to “intelligent people” as “people who can follow the flows of our discussions”. The discussion topics can range from something light-hearted as the most popular K-pop songs on charts to something “heavier” like philosophy and political discussions. Intelligent people would have at least two or three things to reply to and respond to what we say.
3. The capacities in listening to other people’s POVs are also important in determining whether we’ve found fellow intelligent people. While people may not always reply to what we say (and we also have the right not to always give our answers or clarify our positions), we know we’ve encountered another intelligent person when this person is, at least, willing to listen to us.
4. Their capacities of digesting written materials are also crucial things to consider. It’s not rare for intelligent people to enjoy reading fiction and non-fiction books, then, they can tell what the books’ summaries and elements are. Furthermore, intelligent people can create other stories by speculating what the endings would be like.

What are some harsh realities of life?
Nothing is permanent. You might lose what you have today, and acquire more than enough tomorrow.
Everything ends. Youth, love, life, all end, and that's what makes them valuable.
Making time for everyone will result in you not having time for yourself.
Material possessions won't make you better or happier.
Most people only help you because they don’t want you to be a burden to them.
The more you want to find happiness in the outside world, the more likely you'll fail. Happiness is not a treasure to be found, but can be built within ourselves.
Some of your friends will be scared if you chase your dreams, and they will secretly wish that you fail.
Some of your friends will stop associating with you when their life gets better.
The number of friends you have will reduce as you get older.
Never trust people too much, even your best friends can betray you.
Not everybody likes you but that doesn't mean everyone dislikes you.
You might be taken for granted if you put too much effort into your relationships.
The person you love the most might hurt you the most.
Few people can live without sex.
Passionate love never lasts, but compassionate love does.
No one, including your friends or lover, will love you the way your parents do.
People can forget the many good things you did to them, but they will never forget the one bad thing you did.
Suppressed emotions are dangerous to your health and relationships because they sometimes erupt violently.
You'll die and you have no idea when. Grasp every moment to achieve what you want in this world.

Is it necessary to be intelligent to succeed in life?
The world is full of UNSUCCESSFUL people who happen to be very intelligent!
Why?
Here’s in Warren Buffett’s words:
“We don’t have to be smarter than the rest. We have to be more disciplined than the rest.”
In other words, “I don’t care if you’re a genius, without discipline you will ALWAYS lose!”
Listen, if you diligently work on your area of expertise — and never give up — you’ll eventually be considered a “genius.”

Weird but fact!
Everyone have many faces. One face is for society, second for friends, third for family and fourth face, they don't show to anyone.
There’s always someone better than you.
Everything will destroy with time, happiness, beauty, reputation and even person.
Nothing is as easy as it looks.
Pain and suffering are inevitable.
The world richly rewards bad behavior and undervalues good behavior.
We’re not equal nor will we ever be.

What is the most difficult lesson you have learned?
I read somewhere that you should not depend on someone so much since even our own shadow leaves us in the dark
You can't understand everything immediately, sometimes you need to wait
There will be time when you won't be invited, included, or considered and that's just a way for you to look out for yourself
When things are going against you then remember the airplane takes off against the wind
The difference between being direct and blunt is the tone. You can be honest in a polite manner or in a rude way
The best way to respond to someone who does not value or understand your words is by being silent
You can be friends with someone for years to only realize that it was never friendship in the first place

What should everyone know about relationships?
Newsflash: Your partner’s needs are equal to your needs.
Your right fit partner is not going to run away from you when you show your “ugly” side.
Respect is how they show up during conflict.
Distance doesn’t kill a relationship but less conversation and late replies do.
Don’t wait for someone who is busy not choosing you.
Shutting down instead of communicating is just as toxic as arguing.
Being loved is the minimum.
Make sure you are also being respected, prioritized, supported, desired, understood.

How do smart people know when they’re talking to other smart people?
One big clue is the way they talk and use words. Smart people usually use fancy words and speak with confidence and clarity. They also ask intelligent questions and give well-thought-out answers.
Another clue is their knowledge on various topics. Smart people know a lot about different things and can discuss them in a deep and interesting way.
Lastly, smart people show curiosity and open-mindedness. They love to learn new things and are always eager to listen and understand different perspectives.

What are some things you realize as you get older?
1.
To avoid disappointment, take people for what they are and not what they could be.
2.
The insults, judgements, and the negativity people attempt to throw your way are actually reflections of their own insecurities and are absolutely irrelevant to you and your life.
3.
People are who they are, and there’s no any other way to look at them.
4.
Mature enough to wish the best for people who no longer talk with you. Because after all their achievements or failures do nothing for you personally.
5.
You will continue to suffer, if you have an emotional reaction to everything that is said to you. It’s a choice to let dumb things affect you.
6.
People will disappoint you. So learn not to take everything to heart.
7.
Be gentle to yourself. Because you don’t need one more critic picking at your insecurities.
8.
You are allowed to do what’s best for you, even if it upsets people. You are not responsible for how people react, when you’re trying to do the best for you.

What is your "golden rule" when it comes to relationships?
The way a person treats you is what they truly are
A person can possess admirable qualities and still exhibit toxic behavior towards you.
When one version of you ends, so do the connections tied to it.
If you provide to others, you need someone who provides to you

What should I do to stick to my routine?
You never stick to your routine because — you always find a reason for doing the wrong thing.
“It’s a little cold today, I won’t make it to the gym”… “I am feeling hungry so I will eat this cake” — endless weak excuses.
If you spend the same energy on finding reasons to do it — you will have a fulfilling life.
Start your day with — “I am going to find all the reasons why it’s a must for me” and that weak excuse-making side will lose.
“I write because it will help people and somebody’s day will get better because they read this” — that’s a much better reason than “I am tired today”.
Find a higher-level reason for why you must — that will trump any of your excuses.
Every time you feel like quitting — remind yourself of your reasons on why you must.
This alone will change the trajectory of your life as it has for me.

What are some simple mini-habits that can change a person's outlook on life?
Take A Deep Breath. Relax your eyes and the surrounding muscles. Most of the stress we have we harbor in the area around our eyes and forehead. Just one deep breath will give you a calmer mind so you can analyze the situation anew. Relax those areas and you will apply the Embodiment Theory in your favor.
Go Outside And Gaze At Nature. Just observe the world for a while. Do not give it any meaning or think anything of it, just observe. This will relax you and give you a lot of other insights that you never had before. Try it out. Find a nice spot to sit or stand and gaze around for about an hour. You will be surprised how much you know if you just took some time.
Imagine A Future Self. What would that future self tell you about today? Most likely they would tell you to relax, to be happy and not to worry so much about whatever is stressing you out right now. Just think about what you would tell your 3rd grade self who was so worried about that one test in school. What would you tell them if you could go back now? And why do you think this is any different from your future self and you right now?
Believe What You Want To. The truth is, if you look for it, you will find evidence and facts supporting almost any theory. Even facts, as they are today, might be wrong tomorrow. Physicists are not even truly sure matter exists as we perceive it, for it is largely empty space. There are so many things in this world that you might as well chose what to believe.
Think About All The Possible Positive Outcomes. Of course negative things could happen, but, statistically speaking, if you have no idea then it is just as likely that something amazing will happen as that something horrible will happen. Because there are an infinite amount of possibilities in either direction, and with no true idea as to what may happen, both have a roughly 50% chance of occurring. So why not focus on all the amazing things that could happen instead of worrying about the negatives?
Know That Everyone Only Has 24 Hours. In the end of the day, you had 24 hours to spend how you chose, I had 24 hours to spend how I chose, and Bill Gates had 24 hours to spend how he chose. There is no difference there! That means that everyone starts with the same settings as everybody else. The only difference is what we do in that time.
Believe In Your Ability To Figure Things Out. Somehow, you will get there. You have done everything else up until this point, lived through all events and survived every disaster you encountered. So believe in that ability of yours to figure things out as you go along! No matter what happens, you are smart enough, strong enough, courageous enough, and creative enough to make it through.
There Are An Infinite Amount Of Choices Available To You. Even if it only seems like you have no choice, or can only choose one or two things, there are still a ton of other things you theoretically could do. You have the power to chose your life exactly how you want it, the only reason it is not there yet is because you are not aware of all the options you have. Look for them. They are out there!
You Are Not Like Anyone Else. Let others believe what they want, and let others not believe what they want. That does not concern you. Even if they only encountered that something does not work, it doesn’t mean it can’t work for you. It used to be considered physically impossible to run a 4-minute-mile…. yet… someone did it.
Be Thankful. Whenever you feel down or upset, just start thanking life for everything you have. Thank life for the roads someone took the trouble of building so you could walk here today. Thank life for that person that made sure the roof over your head was secure. Thank life for the people walking this street that love someone and make the lives of other people better. Thank life for the garbage man so that you do not have to take your garbage miles away. Thank life for the sun that enables life… etc.
Know That The Hardest People To Love Are The Ones That Need It The Most. Socrates was right when he said this. Whenever someone is negative or lashes out at you, it is only because something else is going so wrong in their life that they go into a defensive, life-preserving state. It has nothing to do with you other than that you are the scapegoat for their emotions. All their anger is not meant for you.
Accept What Happened. Then Ask Yourself What You Can Do About It. The worst thing you can do is deny what is happening. Acknowledge your life for what it is and see what you can do about the problems. So you feel like crap. Okay… What will you do about it? In the end, all that will change things is action. Accept your emotions the way they are, and, if you do not like them, do something about them.

08 Hard lessons everyone should learn in their life
You will be replaced no matter who you are.
No matter how well you show it, the people around you will believe whatever they want.
You may not be your best friend's best friend.
Every human being will give more importance to the person he loves than the person who loves him.
There is no eternal happiness. Throughout your life, you will continue to strive for one happiness after another. In other words, there will never be complete satisfaction.
The smarter you are, the more people will avoid you.
Simplicity exists in rich people as well as poor people and you don't have to have that much money to realize that money isn't everything in life.
There is always something you can do with what you have, but your huge ego doesn't allow you to start from scratch. We are more capable than we think.

What have you learned about living?
Thanks for A2A. Here’re 7 lines I want to share:
The key is to remember you have a key.
Your words can’t fix what your actions broke.
Loyalty is rare. If you find it, keep it.
Never get so comfortable in pain that you forget happiness is still an option.
When it’s over leave don’t continue watering a dead flower.
Your taste in people will change when you learn to love yourself.
Love in its purest form is equality.

What are some uncommon ways to work smarter instead of harder?
1. Eat the frog, tackle your most important tasks first.
We use 9am-10am as “Crush” time.
During this time, we get our most challenging tasks out of the way and don’t disturb one another with questions. Whichever activity you are dreading the most is probably the one you need to complete first thing in the morning.
2. Plan tomorrow tonight
Create a short list of simple to-dos at night can help you hit the ground running in the morning, establishing a productive momentum that will carry you through the rest of the day.
3. List your “crucial results” for the day.
Create a spreadsheet listing your top 3 crucial for each day. This will help you plan each day and make sure you’re maintaining focus on the most important tasks each day.
4. Change your self-talk.
A simple shift in perspective can do wonders for your motivations and energy levels. Instead of saying “I have too much to do today!”, say “These are the two things I need to focus on today. ”
5. Use idle time to knock out admin tasks
Waiting in line at the grocery store, at the bank, in the elevator, etc. Bring a book you’ve been meaning to read, clear a few emails, or catch up on status updates. Or simply let your mind wander and observe the world around you.
6. Learn to say no
Learn to say no more often to guard your time for your highest leverage activities.
A saying “no” tip: When someone comes to you with a request that you need to say no to, simply ask them to give you 15 minutes to finish what you’re working on then by the time you come around to find out what they wanted, they’ll often have figured it out on their own.
7. Start the day with structured ’me time’:
Go through email and social media updates that have piled up overnight and triage the backlog. Knock out quick responses and referrals, so other people can start working on tasks. Schedule the bigger tasks. And delete the stuff that is informational or not important.
8. Use checklists for repetitive tasks to reduce errors:
Particularly when you are overworked or are operating under time constraints, checklists keep you on track.
9. Eliminate personal distractions:
Personal distractions could also kill your productivity at work. When you let personal distractions interfere with your work, you would easily lose focus and waste time doing nothing.
10. Stand more:
Are you feeling a little sleepy around 3pm? Stand up!
Is your posture starting to wane? Stand up!
It’s simple, but it’s effective.
~Bonus tip: Find the real, motivating reason for completing the task.
If you experience a slump in your usual productivity, a lack of motivation might be the culprit. Motivation is the fuel for productivity in the face of apathy, and generating it is as simple as tying the task at hand back to a bigger, more important goal.

What would be your advice for teens?
It took your mom 9 months to form your heart, don't let anybody break it in a few seconds.
Fall in love, meet new people, connect with the old ones, but make sure that YOU and your goals are always your first priority.
Most of you have a healthy working body, so for hell's sake, stop being lethargic all the time. Move around, stay active.
Try being friends with people who make you feel good about yourself. And if you don't happen to find such friends, stay alone.
It's okay to make mistakes. Just make sure you forgive yourself before making a new start.
Depending too much on technology for every little thing is frightfully perilous. Try using your brain more often.
Always have a greater purpose in life, which is something different from your career plans. It should be something selfless, through which you can contribute to the society .
Don't measure your progress using somone else's ruler. We all grow at different rates.
Express how you feel. Be it your troubles, your joys or anything, talk about it to someone you know, who won't judge you. If not, you can always write your heart out.
Stay healthy. Stay kind. Stay real. You'll never be this young again :)

8 Things you should never stop doing no matter how old you're
Never stop learning. When one stops learning, one dies.
Never stop having faith in yourself. A strong faith can carry you to anywhere you want.
Never stop dreaming. A person without imagination can hardly find the joy of life.
Never stop saying "I love you". It's never too much. Tell your loved ones you love them every day.
Never stop exploring. The world is so big that we should never stay in our comfort zone.
Never stop complimenting yourself. If you don't appreciate yourself, who would?
Never stop doing good deeds. Though you may not get returns, you'll be satisfied and fulfilled when you look back.
Never stop believing. Sometimes there's no evidence but you have to believe.

What are some important and generalizable life lessons?
Every addiction starts with pain and ends with pain. Whatever you are addicted to whether it's a person, or drugs or food, or something-you are using it as a way to cover up your pain (and to be able to suck it up). And when you try to overcome your addiction it is even more difficult.
Just because someone lives in a luxurious house or drives a Mercedes does not mean they have a perfect life or don't have the right to complain. They are still normal human beings with problems that they can't explain or talk about.
Don't leave anything for tomorrow since you don't know if there is one. It’s now or NEVER.
You don't always get what you want
Time heals almost everything just be patient.
Sometimes you have to close a door because it leads you nowhere
Life can change any second so live your best life.
When you trust a person there are only two outcomes: a friend for life or a lesson for life.

What are the lessons you learned after a failed relationship?
You should not force someone to love you who does not want to stay in your life.
Let them go. Being single is much better than living in a relationship where you are consistently ignored and your self-esteem is highly sabotaged.
Single life is blissful life if you know how to utilize it properly and live life with contentment.

How can you identify intelligent people?
They can read people. Actually, you might feel as if they can see through you. They are very aware; they are absorbing their environment. Everyone in the room is able to feel their strong presence.
Actually, it very funny to see, most of the Ignorant people always busy proving themselves Brilliant. While intelligent people instead of showing off their intelligence – they doubt their abilities, always busy learning more and more.
If the person is really, really intelligent, they will accept faults when you point out a real fault in their talk/ writing/ decision/ action.
They don’t waste their time reacting to toxic people's comments until it’s needed.
They have a very good sense of humor.
Their communication skills are so powerful – when they speak people will listen, when they write people will read. The secret of their powerful communication is, they’re able to present their own perspective accurately (logical) rather than to argue aggressively.
Last but not the least, they like to get engaged in intellectual & meaningful conversations - like here in Quora. They will never feel alone even in the empty room when they’re with their tribe.

What is something you wish you had known sooner?
People love people who love themselves. People will respond to your energy. If you feel worthy, they will feel your worth too
You should either have a supportive partner or no partner. There's no third option.
If you choose to get married, 90% of your happiness will be dependent on that relationship. (They become your business partner, your lover, your roommate, the mother/father or your children, and your family). That relationship is crucial and important.
Just because a relationship has lasted a long time doesn't mean it's working.
You are going to feel pain anyway. Either pain from growth, or pain from regret, choose growth.
If someone can't tell you their flaws, they have a dangerous lack of self-awareness.
If you don't create a plan of execution, for your goals and dreams, you will probably never achieve them.
The best revenge is getting yourself to a place where you no longer care about revenge.
Take intelligent risks. Everything in life has risk, work, love, adventure, all of it. That's what makes life exciting and worth living.
Don't let your time and energy leak from social media, overthinking and meaningless relationships
Self-respect comes from self-control.
If you always think your happiness is somewhere else, it'll never be where you are.
No one will truly love you untill you love yourself.

Can you write something so deep that it would make me feel something?
1. If you have a plan B, your plan A is less likely to work.
2. Even bad days have tomorrows.
3. The memory of happiness is perhaps also happiness.
4. Younger you probably wouldn’t listen to older you’s advice.
5. Some people are like ads, just skip them.
6. Dating is as much about choosing the person as being chosen. Meet that person on this platform.
7. Faking a smile is easier than explaining why you’re sad.
8. Cheating is a choice, not a mistake.
9. Sitting alone and enjoy your own company is better than being surrounded by fake people.
10. Your apology needs to be as loud as your disrespect was.
11. Loving does not consist of gazing at each other, but in looking outward together in the same direction.
12. Healing is about accepting, not forgetting.
13. The world produces waves, surf or drown. You decide.

What triggers success?
Success can be triggered by a variety of factors, including:
Clear goals: Having specific and measurable goals that are aligned with your values and priorities can help you stay focused and motivated towards achieving success.
Persistence and hard work: Success rarely comes overnight. It often requires sustained effort and perseverance to overcome obstacles and make progress towards your goals.
Learning from failures: Failure is a natural part of the learning process. Those who are successful often view failure as an opportunity to learn and grow, rather than a setback.
Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and environments is crucial for success. Being flexible and open to new ideas can help you stay ahead of the curve and find innovative solutions to problems.
Networking: Building relationships and connections with others can help you gain valuable insights, resources, and opportunities that can accelerate your path towards success.
Positive mindset: A positive mindset can help you maintain a resilient attitude and overcome challenges with confidence and optimism. It can also help you stay motivated and focused on your goals.
Passion and purpose: Having a strong sense of purpose and passion for what you do can help you stay committed to your goals and find meaning and fulfillment in your work.

What makes a woman rare and why do men love this quality in a woman?
The quality of being dangerous. It will be difficult to put this into words but I will try.
From Cleopatra to Draupadi to Mohini, I think the most desirable women have this quality.
Her sharp eyes gazes right into your soul.
Her lips are not afraid of asking the right questions.
Her presence is so striking that you feel a strong pull towards her.
She can get you to do her bidding without being dominating.
She is free spirited but she is also grounded.
She is desired by all yet, she is elusive.
She is the strongest when most vulnerable but she is not afraid of showing her vulnerability that you feel like a king, a warrior when you are able to woo her.
I call her dangerous because her wrath is fiery and if you importune her, you will not be forgiven. She will either destroy you or she will liberate you, there is no in between.

What are some psychological facts about attracting people?
Charismatic people seem attractive to most. They are the ones, who would seem pretty approachable. They are always smiling, joking, have a great aura about them.
It is said that the quickest way into a person’s heart is through eyes.
Never develop a need for someone. This proves to be unattractive. Need can be in any sense, financially, physically, mentally or in any other way.
Bragging is just not cool. Do away with it.
Fragrance is important. It has been researched people who are in love, recognize the scent of their partners and are attracted to it. Make an effort to smell nice.
Know when to put your foot down. Don’t be that person who believes-“never say never”.
Be confident but not rude.
If you are meeting someone for the first time, their brain has access to limited information and thus makes judgements based on appearance, posture, way of talking etc. If you are looking to really impress someone, work on them.
Listen more than you speak.
Do not talk about in depth problems/secrets when you meet a person for the first time. It might put them off.
P.S
All of these things are just general notions, things people have researched. I genuinely believe that nobody can predict what happens in life or what the person in front of you thinks. These are just some hygiene elements, like we practice while going for an important event.
Exceptions will always be there.

What are some small changes in daily habits that could make a huge improvement?
5 Minutes More - Just add 5 more minutes to anything productive you do. Procrastinate on procrastinating.
Do Something ASAP - When anything comes in your mind do something about it immediately, even if it is just planning it. Get it out of your head.
Set Your Intentions - Know what you are going to do today. Lead the day actively.
Check Things Off - When you are done with something make a clear-cut mark to be done with it.
Start Early - Everyone works better in the morning. Do something difficult before you'd normally get up. You'll feel great all day.
Remind Yourself - 99% of all self-improvement is repetition. Multiple daily reminders ingrain concepts.
Control Your Time - If you don't control your time you'll end up wasting a lot of it. You only have 24 hours each day and maybe only this one life; Don't waste a single second.
Go Outside - Add a bit of nature (ideally a natural body of water of some sort) to your daily routine. The calm will often reset you.
Meditate - Work out your body, your mind and your heart and soul. Go inward. Learn about yourself. And improve.
Love Yourself - Spend some time each day feeling proud or happy or loving with who you are. You spend 24 hours a day with yourself. That's a long time to hate someone.
Have Fun - Do something each day that's just fun. Follow a hobby, pick up a new skill or read in your favorite book.
Drink More Water - While 2L a day is recommended, 3–4L will really make you feel healthy and refreshed.
Read A Book - 1 Chapter a day or 10 pages.
Eat More Greens - Fruits and Vegetables over candy and snacks. Try having 3–4 Fruits or Veggies in every meal.
Focus On Earning - Instead of trying save try to earn more. What could you do today that might make you and your time worth more?
Act Big - Go for 10x more of what you think you want. Take it seriously and give it an honest shot. You'll reach much further as your mental limits won't hold you back as much.
Reflect - Whatever you did, learn to reflect on it. What went well? What did not? What is one thing you will do better tomorrow?
Be A Hero - First identify who that is and then take a step there daily. It makes an astounding difference when you choose where you want to go.
Hug Someone - Release some oxytocin by being physical. If that is not possible then help someone. If you can't do that, then be charitable.
Be Present - This moment is all that matters. Take it in. You are alive now. Work with purpose, laugh with true joy or do what you need to do in the here and now.
Break A Limit - Push a boundary and test your limits. Challenge yourself to be better than you were before so you move into who you want to be.

What are some things nobody tells you about life?
Important things like "I love you" or "I am sorry" or " I need help" are actually hard to say but need to be said
You are alone! You came to this world alone and will soon leave this world alone.
There are going to be times in life where you will accomplish nothing and will feel awful but eventually the feeling will vanish with time
It's ok to cry whether they are tears of joy or tears of pain. Just let it all out, the least that can happen is that your eyes will become swollen but it will feel nice at the end; with all the burden off you shoulders
You don't need to be famous to make an impact. Want to help someone? Do it, who cares if no one will know about it or no one knows you; what matters is that you know what you are doing and that the other person is benefitted. Just also remember when trying to make an impact; don't do it to show off, do it to make someone's day better and to bring a smile on someone's face
Things are things, don't get too attached to them
Someday you will miss today
You can't get rid of your fear but you can live with them and try to conquer them
No one is actually keeping track of how many times you screw up so chill out!
Fashion and trends are bullshit so don't let them fool you

What are the realities of life that people don't want to accept?
• No risk, No story!
• To all the problems of your life, you are the best possible solution.
• Strength doesn't come from what you can do. Strength comes from overcoming the things you thought you couldn't.
• If we light a lamp for someone else, it will also brighten our path.
• The right person will never leave you.
• Happiness comes when it is most unexpected.
• Reality is only what your mind chooses to believe.
• If you are not willing to learn no one can help you and if you are determined to learn, no one can stop you.
• Everything can be changed through willpower.
• Accept both compliments and criticism. It takes both sun and rain for a flower to grow.

Six uncomfortable lessons we all need to learn:
Your self love must be stronger than you desire to be loved.
You are always responsible for your emotional reactions.
Don't feed your problems with thoughts, starve them with action.
Your life will be defined by your ability to handle uncertainty.
If your goal is to have a healthier mind, start by removing all the junk from your diet.
Your “best life” won't seek validation, but insecurity will.

What are some effective techniques for setting goals and staying motivated?
Constantly ask yourself, Can I afford to fail? If you can they go ahead, stay lazy but if you cannot then go hustle.
Whenever you feel the guilt of not working for your goals, count till 5 and as soon as you say 5 get up and start working.
Listen to motivational songs, speeches, watch videos of people living the life you want, it'll automatically make you work hard.
Look at your parents, don't you want them to feel proud?
Talk to yourself atleast for 10 mins in a day, care for your mental health along with caring for your goals.

What are the most important life lessons you've learned from your experiences?
Some goodbyes set you free.
Time doesn’t prove loyalty, circumstances do.
Confident is not “they will like me”. Confidence is “I’ll be fine if they don’t.”
Nothing happens until something moves.
Starts off with hard work, ends in champagne.
You can’t solve problems with the same thinking that created them.
Honesty is a very expensive gift. Don’s expect it from cheap people.
Good times become good memories and bad times become good lessons.
To change your life, you need to change your priorities.

08 Greatest causes of low self-esteem
Counting other people's blessings and overthinking about our curses.
Connecting and restricting your life with one failed point. Looks=life, money=life, confidence=life.
Taking self-centered, perfectionist, bullies, or negative people too seriously as if they are the messenger of God.
Not matching the crowd on something. If six monkeys are sitting together and five of them don't have a tail, the sixth would consider his tail as a deformity.
Completely ignoring your privileges as you ignore the long online agreements before clicking accept and agree. Is m born in hell, doesn't matter I am healthy, I am educated, I have a family.
Having no trust in self. If I haven't done something or I couldn't do something before, I can't do it ever. I have not driven a car ever, I can't learn to drive. If it's tough, I am unqualified and unable.
Two failures in a row and you decide it's not meant for you. The ant that climbed a huge wall after thirty tries is laughing in a corner.
Most importantly, there's nothing as low self-esteem, it's a self-made decision.
Edit: Try to appreciate other's work. So upvote..

What is your best relationship advice for making a relationship last?
“Relationships always come to an end, which leaves you with a choice: Will you start a new relationship with the same person or a new one.”
I heard this from a french marriage therapist and I believe there is so much wisdom in what she said.
My parents have been married 31 years.
Though they are incredibly far from what I would call “relationship goals” as a child; perhaps they actually are now.
They have endured all that anyone could go through in a relationship:
Extreme poverty, infidelity, lies, secrets, falling out of love, fights, and they have effectively “broken up” numerous times —
yet they are still together, healthier, stronger, kinder, and more loving to each other now than they have ever been in my younger life.
Through great resentment for their violent and abusive relationship towards each other and how it has effected me —
knowing what they went through in their own childhoods — it’s hard for me to not have empathy and know in my logical mind they were doing the best they could with what they knew.
My mothers parents were together until they died, but for much of her life, they never spoke to each other. And when they did it was very nasty.
My fathers parents never stayed together, his mom got pregnant and his dad split. He never got a chance to witness what a relationship looked like let alone a healthy one.
Neither of them had an example set of what to do or even not to do. They definitely did not have the endless resources or therapy we have readily available to us now. Even with that its still incredibly hard to change.
When they met, there was no way my parents were capable of forming what anyone would call a “healthy relationship”.
They have quite frankly failed on numerous occasions, and their relationship did effectively die many times.
Yet each time that happened, they took some time to themselves, grew & then started new relationships with each other.
There are very few examples of what I know now to be love from what I witnessed in my parents.
Yet they have practiced something I very regularly struggle with, forgiveness and acceptance.
They always choose to start over with each other and honestly, I think that is the only way to make a relationship last.
You and I will be different people every 3–5 years for the rest of our lives and so will everyone we know.
So the question is, with our partners, will we choose to start new relationships with the new people our loves become, or new relationships with entirely new people?
I have said that one should always be willing to walk away from something bad. Which they both were.
Yet perhaps we can also be willing to come back to someone who is truly working to be better than who they were before on there own accord.
I guess both my parents have done that. And the reality is none of us are or will ever be perfect.
Best,
Ludwig R.

What are ten truths everyone should accept in life?
It's not other people's job to love you; it's yours.
You will only ever live the life you create for yourself.
Some kind of failure always occurs before success.
Instead of asking others to understand you, you should be spending time understanding yourself
You don't have to wait for an apology to forgive.
Don't say 'maybe' if you want to say 'no'.
Some people are simply the wrong match for you.
Being busy does NOT mean being productive.
Thinking and doing are two very different things.
Time is a great healer and a great killer. You'll suffer a lot if you waste time.

What should I start doing in my twenties so I have nothing to regret at 40?
Health - Build healthy habits early on to slow the effects of aging.
Prioritize - Time goes by very fast, make sure you know what is worth spending the most time on.
Asset Building - You reap only that which you sow.
Say What’s On Your Mind - “Those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.” - Bernard Baruch, Dr. Seuss
Willpower Over Emotions - Do not allow your dreams to depend on whether you feel like working in the moment.
Develop The Mindset That You Are Too Old Not To Start - Right now you can still waste time, but soon you will have to work, because not living your dream life is not an option.
Let Go Of Your Past - Nothing you have done or was done to you matters anymore, what matters is what you do today.
Be Present - Life moves very fast and if you don’t watch out you’ll miss the moments that take your breath away.
Defend Your Beliefs - It does not matter who or what goes against them, if you believe in something you fight for it, even if no one is there to see you do so.
Invest - Overall, it’s time you started to invest in your life and started to take what you do and who you are seriously. Enough idling around. Commit to who you are, invest in yourself and live.
Learn To Say ‘No’ - No is a powerful word. Use it more often, especially with yourself.
Start Investing - Money accumulates a little over time, not a lot at once.
Define Your Goals - If you do not know where you’re going you’ll miss getting there.
Learn To Love Yourself - Spend some quality time every day just with you. You have to bear your own company 24 hours a day. It’s better to take care of that relationship.
Explore - There’s a lot to the world that you have yet to see. Get out of your own comfort zone and out of your own bubble a little bit. Be brave, be bold, and try things out.
Follow Your heart, But Let Your Mind Guide The Way - Your heart is usually in the right place, but it’s your mind that is smarter about getting there.
Stay Humble - You do not know everything and never will. Be humble enough to be open-minded.
Start Your Days Strong - It’s by far the best way to set a theme for the day.
Take Responsibility - In the end you will be the only one that has to come to terms with how you lived. Remember that when listening to other people.
Develop A Great Routine - “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” - Will Durant
Learn From The Failures - They are far more abundant than the successes but can also be far more powerful if you let them.
Take Your Time - You still have a lot of years ahead of you; relax. Not everything has to work out right away.
Take Life With A Sense Of Humor - Not everything is as serious as you make it out to be.

What are 10 psychological facts that are worth remembering?
We all think we are better-than-average drivers.
Funny people, and especially those who enjoy dark humor, were found to be more intelligent than their less funny peers.
If you ask someone to draw a picture of a coffee cup, chances are they will draw something that looks like this.
You feel happier when you are busy. That’s because your brain gets no time to think.
Our brain doesn’t think that long-term deadlines are so important.
Comedians and funny people are actually more depressed than others.
Dating couples tend to predict the longevity of their relationships through rose-colored glasses. Our friends know the future of our romantic relationship better than us.
If you ask someone to draw a picture of a coffee cup, chances are they will draw something that looks like this:
9. People would instead change the truth than change their perception of people.
10. We hold the door open for other people. This shows that we do try to treat others the way we want to be treated.

What is a simple truth about love that most people ignore?
Story time
Leela’s partner has some of these amazing habits
He shouts at her for small things. He never cares to explain to her or correct her.
He belittles her in front of his friends.
He has a huge ego problem, he gets a panic attack if she flies higher than him.
He once smashed her favourite plant on her dog. The plant died.
And he never apologises for his mistakes.
She sometimes gets vexed and feels disrespected.
She wants to call it quits.
But then she thinks of the face he makes when she stops talking to him or shows disinterest. He looks sad, dejected and confused. It melts her heart.
She thinks of the good things. Like he celebrated her birthday so beautifully and gave some amazing gifts. He bought her an easy chair to make it easier for her back. Every time she have lot of work, he messages her every hour if she had eaten.
He is not a bad person, after all, she finally tells yourself and goes back to him.
This is one of the worst ways to make peace with and please your partner.
Why?
Because you are blatantly ignoring the red flags and seeing the good things in him. You are balancing the toxic things in a relationship with unrelated positive things.
A reg flag is a red flag. And it continues to be if you pretend to ignore it and be okay with it. It also makes your partner think that he has the liberty to continue being that.
So never try to ignore the red flags for the sake of your partner. It will cost you later.

What is the one most important thing that all successful people have in common?
They have some underlying reason that drives them. And it's usually not a reason that would inspire.
Typically it's ego, money, insecurity, chip-on-shoulder, proving someone wrong, wanting people to respect them etc… that drive people to work hard.
And it’s with that burning inside them, they do amazing things…

The Small Things Matter Most. Progress, over a long period of time, is not dictated by the few, big things you do, but by the small things done daily and consistently.
It’s Okay To Feel Scared. Courage is, in most cases, the limiting resource to achieving ones dreams. That being said, if one allows themselves to feel scared and do the required things anyway, it will break almost all limitations.
The Goal Should Be A Reminder. It should not be a constant threat looming over life, but rather something one takes a frequent glance at. Focusing the energy on the task at hand and making sure one celebrates every little bit of progress can only be done when one is not constantly focused on the bigger goal.
There Is A Great Power In Intention. Every situation changes entirely based on the Intention one has for that situation. Make use of that wisely.
Wheels Are Already Invented. There are people out there that already know >90% of any path. Learn from those people and copy their path as best as possible so that you do not have to use energy on things that you could have solved far easier.
The Truth Is Always Simple. Either you are doing what you need to be or you’re not. Either you have the life you want or not. Either you are progressing towards your dreams or not. Everything that comes afterwards is an unneeded explanation and just devalues the truth.
It’s Not Supposed To Be Easy. Life is hard. Ambitious dreams are difficult to attain. Anything worth fighting for needs to be fought for. Some days will suck and some days will be hard, and as long as you resist that in the attempts to make everything easy you will never truly rise above what you are capable of.
Everything Is Connected. How healthy you eat affects your energy. Your energy levels affect the amount of concentration you can bring forth. The concentration you bring forth helps with working harder. Working harder creates more positive reinforcement. That positive reinforcement raises your self-worth. And your self-worth pushes you to do more for yourself. Every little thing you do affects everything else, and will either drag your life down or raise it up. Whether you rise or fall then depends on how many things are pulling in either direction.
The Past Does Not Matter. Anything that leads you to more success than you have now is created now. Regardless of where you were or what you’ve done, you can reach success from anywhere. Let go of the anchor from the past.
Success Changes. The ones that are most successful are those that have defined what success means to them on a personal level. Your version of success will be unique to you.
Every Person Of Success Is Comfortable With Who They Are. It’s easy to see if they are not comfortable with who they are, and it will feel like they are a lot less happy and successful. The ones that we truly look up to in terms of success are those with nothing to hide.
It’s All About Value. It’s never about the money.
Emotion Sells. This is true for any service or product you may sell, as well as any course of action you are trying to sell to yourself.
You Already Know What You Need To Do. If I were to give you a million dollars right now to tell me what it was that would change your life to a life of success you could definitely answer that. It may not be the perfect answer, but it will be good enough to start. Meaning that it’s not the knowledge that’s missing, but the action.
The Journey Is More Important Than The Goal. The goal will never be grand enough to justify the amount of work required. If you don’t love what you do while you do it, you will not consider yourself successful regardless of how far you reach.
Just Do It. Ignore the reasons, explanations and justifications. You know what to do. Do it.

08 Shocking facts about romantic love no one knows
Firstly, did you know that love can be addictive? Studies have shown that falling in love triggers the release of certain chemicals in the brain, such as dopamine and oxytocin, that create feelings of pleasure and attachment. These chemicals can be so powerful that they can lead to addictive behaviors, similar to those seen in drug addiction. This explains why some individuals may find it difficult to let go of a toxic or unhealthy relationship, as they become dependent on the rush of feel-good hormones that love provides.
Secondly, love can actually change your brain. Research has revealed that being in love can alter the structure and function of the brain. MRI scans have shown that individuals in love have increased activity in the areas of the brain associated with reward and motivation, as well as decreased activity in the areas associated with critical thinking and judgment. This explains why people in love often make impulsive decisions or overlook red flags in their relationships. Love truly has the power to reshape our minds.
Lastly, love can have a profound impact on our physical health. It has been found that being in a loving and supportive relationship can boost our immune system, lower our blood pressure, and even reduce the risk of heart disease. On the other hand, the stress and heartbreak that can come with a failed or unrequited love can have detrimental effects on our health, increasing the risk of depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders. Love truly has the ability to heal or harm our bodies.

What are some social life hacks?
Don’t play all your cards, even when your opponent appears to be winning. Only play your cards when you’re sure your opponent doesn’t have anything up their sleeve.
Learn to read body language. Most of the time, people say one thing, but they’re usually thinking about something different. You can’t know what’s in people’s minds by observing their faces. However, you can interpret people’s minds by reading their body language and their eyes.
When someone asks you a question, don’t be in a hurry to answer or be too generous with your answer. Don’t play hero by volunteering information you were not asked.
Develop a habit of remembering people’s first names— including the clerk, the janitor, security guy, caretaker or the policeman. A person’s name is very close to a person, and the sweetest language everyone wants to hear more than any other language. Next time you meet, call them by their first names, and soon enough you will have a following and a group of friends who can do anything you ask.
Learn to communicate effectively and politely. Thoroughly develop your communication skills. Everything in life revolves around it, and it will take you far. You will soon realize that people are more interested in the person who knows how to communicate than the person who has a university degree.
If you are invited for a white-collar job interview in a company where everybody wears jeans and overalls, including the boss, don’t be foolish and wear a suit and a tie—wear a pair of jeans or overalls, and remember, in that company, the boss doesn’t like people wearing suits and ties—they think people who wear suits and ties are not ready for work.
People will always expect you to reciprocate their generosity or favors. Don’t be too foolish and deny them what they think is their right. Do the wise thing—return the favor, and they’ll think you’re normal. Take care, though, that you don’t give them your leg or your arm.
Tell people what they expect to hear. Don’t be too radical, and don’t go against the grain—even if people look dumb. You can make more friends in three months by conforming to people’s expectations than by trying to get people to like you in three years.
When talking, don’t try to compete with people. There’s nothing to be gained by outdoing others in talking or outsmarting others. In fact, the less you speak, the less people know about you, and the more they respect you.
The Japanese have a saying: “A clever eagle hides its claws”. When feeling strong, don’t show it to people. When you’re weak don’t even say anything. There’s much strength in silence, and there’s much power in staying humble.
A simple greeting costs nothing, yet it can build massive bridges between you and your perceived enemies and friends alike. IT can win you favors, get you into places you’re not allowed to get into, and get you out many undesired situations.
When you help other people or participate in charity, don’t blow the trumpet. Let others do it for you, for there’s nothing to be gained by praising yourself and everything to lose by bringing shame and dishonor upon yourself.

What are some morning habits that can change your day?
REMEMBER: Every morning you have 2 choices: Continue to sleep with your Dreams or Wake up to chase them.
Now, these are some morning habits that can change your day.
One Fitness exercise: Every day you can add exercise you can add to your morning to start a healthy day. I do 10 pushups just after I leave my bed, and believe me, this thing has helped me a lot mentally and physically. The moment I complete my 10 pushups it boosts my confidence and makes me feel happy rather than stressed.
Using a physical alarm rather than a phone alarm: By using a physical alarm there are a lot more chances that you will be able to quit your habit of using the phone first thing in the morning and wasting the most precious hour of the morning.
Drinking water instead of coffee or tea: You must know this thing and must be drinking water only. But I’m listing all the habits that I’m currently following and impacting my day.
Counting backward to 5: This is a technique I learned from an Instagram reel. So, when your alarm rings and you open your eyes and then your mind will start giving reasons to sleep more then you just have to start counting from 5 to 0. And then as you say 0 will have to stand up from your bed. And believe me, it works like magic.
Eat soaked almonds: I always eat soaked almonds the first thing to eat in the morning. The reason for the same is almonds are a good source of protein and help in weight loss.
Real light for your eyes: I mean go outside and get some fresh air and get some bright light in your eyes rather than phone blue light or artificial light in your room.
Plan your day: Just give yourself 2-3 minutes to just to give a thought about what are all things are you going to do today.
Read: If you like reading then reading something self-help material may be helpful. I like reading self-help books in the morning just because it gives me some type of mental edge to start a purposeful day.
Gratitude: Showing gratitude in the morning is one of the most important habit that every person should do in the morning and maybe in the night also. You can show gratitude towards the universe, god, or your family members.
Make your bed: Everyone should make their bed in the morning as it shows how disciple you are and there are fewer chances you will go back to sleep. So if you are not making your bed in the morning then give it a thought.

What is the key thing in relationships?
“Relationships become more intimate and healthy when people are not afraid of becoming vulnerable.”❤
~~ It's better to let your guard down and express everything instead of bottling it up inside, even when you feel that it may lead to an argument. 💙
√√When you are transparent in relationship, you are completely open and vulnerable and that's real intimacy 🫂. Things may get bumpy when you talk about uncomfortable things but in the long term it will give stronger foundation to the relationship.
“The vulnerable moments will help to the parts within you and the other that otherwise would not have been possible. Don't stay bottled up. Choose real intimacy, don't be afraid to let your guard down”!!
