The ability to silence your mind is superpower,

Don’t spend your whole life waiting to start living,

Normalize taking the time you need to feel like you again,

Being comfortable all the time sucks in it’s own way ,

Be raw . Be open . Be real . Coz the last thing the world needs is more fake shit ,

You’ll never be able to escape yourself so why not put all of that love you give to others into yourself ? ,

Stop fighting between your soul & your ego,

It’s tempting to respond to anger with anger. It’s smarter to do it with detachment & indifference,

Staying calm even when everything around you is falling apart. You can win despite of adversity & panicking isn’t the way ,

Permit yourself to truly think, to question all assumptions, & to entertain new possibilities,

What are sad facts of life?

A father can raise three sons but three sons can not take care of one father. That is the difference between a parent and a child.

I read somewhere that the problem with having a good heart is that you think everyone does too

Good things happen to bad people.

We all focus on expectations instead of appreciations

Most of our beliefs are based on assumptions

It's bitter but true that rich people have more opportunities to become more wealthy

There will always be someone better than you-even in the field that you are a pro at

Misery and sadness can result in multiple deaths but positive emotions can not bring back even one life. That's how much we focus on the bad things and led them harm us

When taking a risk in life or trying to pursue something we always consider the uncertainty and negative outcome instead of focusing on the opportunities and positive effects which is why we fear change and are hesitant

You can commit no mistakes and still lose because life is unfair

What can be learned about a person's personality just by observing them?


A confident person is someone who is humble, respects everyone, regardless of anyone.

The best life lessons come from how we heal and rise from adversity.

Really rich people don't show off what they have. Even if others are aware of it, they will remain humble.

Someone who likes to shout and talk about unimportant things is a person who is not confident. "empty drum gives loud sound".

A person who always smiles even at strangers is a person who doesn't care what other people think.

A person who is willing to take the blame is the one who is most responsible.

A person who cannot show sympathy and empathy for a victim is cruel and sadistic.

Accepting criticism in a positive way and continuing to strive for progress is a person who will achieve the desired achievement.

What are the best tips and tricks for daily life?


More than a trick, it's a strategy.


And I consciously use it every day when I walk in crowded places.


It always works.


You definitely know the situation when you approach -- walking -- a person and all you have to do is simply walk past each other.


But they both hop unsteadily from right to left. And sometimes they even bump into each other.


The trick is not to look at the person you are walking toward, but in the direction you want to go.


That way, the other person will definitely not get in your "way."


This works even in a crowded train station.


Look straight ahead where you want to go. You don't have to show uncertainty.


Everyone else will move out of your way.


I love this, it's like a beautiful magic game.

How can I become more mindful?

Few things that help me.


Waking up Early : it sets my day

No social media till 10 o clock in the morning (just i check whatsapp for any urgent issue)

Doing meditation in morning . The calmness and energy from mediation sets my day

i keep a diary and note down what i did in last 3 hours . I do it religiously . That makes me a better time keeper

Disconnecting internet in between for 1–2 hours . These days even without urgency we check whatsapp every 5–10 mins. This has to be avoided

Be multitasking, but do one thing at a time.

This advice I took from HG Gaur Gopal Das, the famous monk and youtuber . While eating avoid phone and talks . Eat mindfully. Feel the taste, smell of food. See the whole process. Its like a meditation only

Have good night sleep. Else whole day you will feel restless and you can not focus .

working out too helps . It brings chemical balance in body and makes us more focused
