How to Secure State Board Verification for NMC - Nursing and Midwifery Council (UK) from PRC 2023

Instructions:

1. Make an online appointment thru LERIS. - LERIS Link

2. Print out your appointment date, and state verification slip. It is in a PDF form and looks like this:

3. Secure a photocopy of your PRC ID.

The transaction in PRC Main - Morayta was astonishingly smooth and hassle-free comparing it to the last time I went there which was more than a decade ago (it was not airconditioned yet). 

The counter for the State Board Verification is located in the other building. Upon entering the entrance of the first building near the main road, you'll see the transparent exit door where you'll be able to view the other building. Exit and enter again the next building. The first counter you'll see on the left is where I presented the appointment print out (screenshot with the paid transaction with QR reference code) and PRC ID. The staff just got the photocopy of the PRC and the State Verification Slip which can be found in the existing transaction in LERIS. I was asked to write my name on the logbook and was informed to wait at around 3 days for the NMC account to be verified. I inquired how about the CRM and the Application Reference Number? There is no need for them.
