My answer:

Honestly, I don't know if I'm the best person to give you this advice. However if you are looking for one from me, it would be these:

Be done with your current condition that you are stuck being in a rut and take charge with your life. Nobody could be the best advocate for you but you. It is perfectly okay to look after yourself first. I'm still in the process of healing because of self-sabotage and as a result, I've been feeling unhappy, low, purposeless and useless these past few months, if not years.

You have two choices like our physical body responds in times of stress: Fight or flight. Fight and take accountability for whatever happens to you from now on or take your flight and avoid the problem that you are aware of. The dilemma you've perceived will remain a problem and could later on snowball into a larger problem.

This things are not easy but it is doable. Do not overwhelm yourself with tasks that are too ambitious for now. You will get there. Take a step forward, one that is not too easy that you get to laze around but one that will challenge you and at the same time comfortable for you. Do it regularly and consistently. There are perks to ticking in those to do lists. It feels like you are accomplishing something and it feels good.

Be brave to explore the unknown. Put that red lipstick on. Listen to constructive criticisms and never take to heart the negative perceptions by other people. You are what you think you are. Enough of people pleasing. Be kind to yourself. Do not engage yourself to unnecessary gossips about people. Avoid them if you can. But if unavoidable, limit them to a bare minimum.

Be comfortable with your own skin. Nobody (except God of course) will be able to love you second best but you. Constantly aim for self-improvement at your own pace. Your world and time is in your hands to wisely spend on.

If you are feeling low like I do sometimes, remember that you are very much lucky as you are still alive today. You have a purpose in this life. You may not know it today but there is, out there. Search for it and if you manage to finally find it at last, execute your life's purpose with a fervent mindset.

To sum it up, just do it. Remember that a thousand steps begin with a single step. One day at a time.
