My Homemade Recipe: SF Air fried baby potatoes

My Homemade recipe: SF Air fried baby potatoes

After successfully finishing a 24 hour fast, I decided to reward myself and craved for a baby potato side dish. That is the reason I did an air fried version in the hopes of being healthier in mind (because it would consume less oil). This recipe is easy to make and would serve for around 2-3 persons.

My Homemade Recipe: SF Air fried baby potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 microwaveable tub consisting of baby potatoes, thoroughly cleaned and dried with paper towel
  • Oil, canola, approximately 1 tablespoon
  • Spanish Paprika, sprinkle until potatoes are a bit coated
  • Dried Thyme, sprinkle until potatoes are a bit coated
  • Garlic powder, sprinkle until potatoes are a bit coated
  • Salt, rock salt about 2 pinches
  • Fresh Ground Pepper
  • Instructions:

    1. Mix all the above ingredients evenly.
    2. Preheat airfryer for 5 minutes at 200C or until heated.
    3. Cook at 200C for around 15-20 minutes. Using a toothpick, if it goes through easily, then it is done.
    4. Serve with mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper according to taste. Enjoy!
