My Homemade recipe: SF Air fried baby potatoes
After successfully finishing a 24 hour fast, I decided to reward myself and craved for a baby potato side dish. That is the reason I did an air fried version in the hopes of being healthier in mind (because it would consume less oil). This recipe is easy to make and would serve for around 2-3 persons.

Ingredients:
Instructions:
- Mix all the above ingredients evenly.
- Preheat airfryer for 5 minutes at 200C or until heated.
- Cook at 200C for around 15-20 minutes. Using a toothpick, if it goes through easily, then it is done.
- Serve with mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper according to taste. Enjoy!
