Farming Game with a Bit of RPG: Farm Game - Healing Farm Game

If you are like me that prefers to play farming games with a sort of RPG, I would recommend that you try out Farm Game - Healing Farm Game made by CanvasSoft. It has minimal ads if you are playing out for free.

In this simulation game, your aim is to clear the forest and develop the village. As you go along the game unlocking different characters and making them villagers, some ingredients are provided. You also get to sow seeds and wait a while for it to be ripe. You also get to cook foods for the villagers. You will also have to choose which characters are going to the dungeons for them to defeat the boss and when you win, you get all the loot once you've cleared the level.

Trying Out Good Molecules Gentle Retinol Cream!

My order has arrived today from Shopee. I got this Good Molecules Gentle Retinol Cream for 520 pesos without the 38 pesos shipping fee because I availed the shipping discount. Anyway, I've been planning to start using retinol cream for a while for my skin.

These are the ingredients of this product:

I like it that they included here how they are supposed to be used. I notice that almost all topical products that you see in the market do not specifically instruct the standard way of their products and rather seem vague. 

It says here that it is for fine lines for all skin types.

If you are going to take out of it's box, this is how big the cream is.

It is stated here that upon opening, these will be good for 6 months only.

How Do You Wash Your Cabbage?

Many of us may already had eaten cabbage as this is a common vegetable used in cooking. It is usually cooked along with other ingredients but it can also be eaten raw. However, if you are going to consume it raw, a through cleaning should be done to ensure safety. How do you wash your cabbage?

What I usually do is to remove the cabbage leaf by leaf and using a clean basin submerge the leaves into the water with a heap of salt in it. Scrub the leaves to remove the impurities and then remove them. Discard the solution and rinse the leaves. After that, I boil filtered water which will be placed in the basin and submerge the leaves in in. Leave it for a while for around 1-2 minutes and then rinse leaf by leaf in a tap/filtered water. Set aside to drain. Cut the leaves in half lengthwise or crosswise whatever you wish and then small strips. Put in a bowl and serve with roasted sesame dressing.

I finally made this delectable dish as I was craving for Yabu's cabbage side dish. This side dish is perfectly good to pair up with a fried fish which gives you off a Japanese cuisine vibe.

Did you know that eating cabbage has its own benefits? It is fully packed with vitamins and minerals and a source of prebiotic which can good for your gut health.

In search of Highlands Peach Milk Tea!

One of the most preferred beverage that I drink whenever I go to Highlands is their Peach Milk Tea. But after their stores opening since the pandemic happened, it is always not available. Their Peach Tea with Lemongrass is refreshingly good but their Peach Milk Tea is the bomb especially when it is hot. 

And so I attempted to remake their drink by experimenting. 

I purchased a Peach in a can (Jolly) like the picture which can been seen above and costs around 115 pesos in Waltermart. This is around 400 grams when drained and is 825grams in total. 

Anyway, back to the topic. What I did was to brew a green tea bag in a mug and let it seep for a while. Secondly, a splash of fresh milk was added. Next step that I did was to put around 7 tablespoons of the syrup that came along with the peaches in the can.  Actually it doesn't taste anything and so I thought of adding condensed milk. It was better but sadly it tasted nothing like the peach tea.

Oh, maybe I should look for a peach in a can that has a heavy syrup. This brand is a bit sour.

It was nearing its expiration date when I checked it out so I decided to try it in her stead. Ginhawa Red-G is a herbal food supplement. The label says that this is made in Indonesia. It recommends 3-5 sachets per day.

I was expecting it to be too ginger spicy and bitter but I was amazed that it is comparable to a Storck candy. It provides cooling relief to the throat. I guess this would work for those who are experiencing sore throat. But as I always say, if you have pre-existing conditions, it is better to consult first with your trusted doctor for safety.
