1 cup datu puti
1/2 cup sugar
Ground black pepper
Peppercorns
Chili (birds eye)
Onion
Mix the first five in a sterile glass container. Add the onion. Leave it for 2 days or until the liquid turns into pale violet or much better if onion is settling on the bottom of the container.
