Toilet Blocks
I was wondering if you also use toilet blocks? When I arrive in my current accommodation, my housemate is using toilet blocks. And she is using the in-cistern toilet blocks (the one that you put inside the cistern). From what I gather, toilet blocks keeps the toilet fresh every flush and prevents limescale. Basically, this is cleaning with minimal effort though this is not as effective as cleaning your toilet with brush and bleach at least every week.
I was also curious so I've purchased the W5 Blue Toilet Blocks and they cost 1.89 per box. It has 4 blocks in a box.
We have to clean first thoroughly though and then no need to remove the wrapper in the block. Drop the block into the cistern opposite end of the water inlet float. Then wait for 10 minutes before flushing.
