Honey pepper beef recipe by Sanegeal Farmhear

Extra lean beef cubes sliced into thinly pieces

2 white onions diced

Salt

Pepper

Garlic granules

Soy sauce, not too much

Marinate overnight

Oil

White onion sliced and caramelized

Saute white onion until caramelized into a bit brown.

Add the marinated beef

Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and honey. Add pepper. Add butter.

Adjust seasoning according to taste.
