Ginger, half inch sliced

Squash/pumpkin
Sitaw fine beans
Lemongrass, pound the stem
Bagoong
Shrimp
Saute ginger, garlic, onion and then lemon grass
Add squash until softened
Add bagoong paste 1 tablespoon
On a side of pan, saute shrimp until half cooked. Take off the pot
Add Coco Mama
Add Knorr shrimp cube.
and let simmer until pumpkin is cooked.
Add fine beans, cook for 2 minutes
Add ground pepper. Adjust accordingly
Add birds eye chili. Simmer.
