How much exactly should we need to drink water?

Water is essential in our daily existence. We use it for consumption and sustenance. Without water, we would die. So how much exactly should we need to drink water? Is it the basic information that we usually hear of: 8-10 glasses of water?

This is what I'm going to find out.

So far, some pointers that I gained are of the following:


  • You can tell that you're drinking sufficient fluids if the color of your urine is clear to pale yellow.
