In the Philippines, we rarely opt for the Angus Beef because it is expensive.
I am not familiar in cooking beef patties which are thick so I made again another experiment and can conclude that these patties are cooked 4 &1/2 to 5 minutes each side.
Ingredients:
Heat small amount of oil in the pan.
Add chopped garlic until light brown. Add butter.
Add mushroom.
Add small amount dark soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper according to taste.
Add mirin.
Cook until tender.
